Yoga to Help Your Confidence [Online]
Participants to learn (via Zoom), a new skill that relate to confidence, health benefits and lifelong learning.
Learning objectives include:
- Using either mobile, tablet or laptop students to safely copy stretches/postures/movement demonstrated by the tutor, according to individual ability.
- Demonstrate one breathing technique that calms you down.
- With guidance from the tutor, identify one example of an opportunity to stay healthy during this time.
- Give one example of how you can use my new skills to enhance your future learning.
This course is open to learners aged 19+ with few or no qualifications
The course will run weekly – every Monday – 1st to 22nd June 2020
