This course has been designed to address some of the issues that have arisen since the COVID-19 outbreak and the impact it has made on individuals.
The course is made up of 3 modules based around now and moving forward, with the emphasis on building resilience and seeing the current situation as an opportunity to grow, develop skills, diversify and embrace change. The modules are Resilience and Grit, Individual Motivation and Coping with change.
Due to the current quarantine restrictions, the course will be delivered on an online basis and a combination of online tutorials, work to be completed and submitted to the tutor with feedback given. There will also be a 1-2-1 tutorial session each week for approximately ten minutes for each learner.
Learners can participate in this course without undertaking Time for Change – Part 2 but both courses will need to be taken in order to gain a qualification.
The course aims to empower and provide skills needed to cope with and move forward from the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak. The course has a flexible design which allows it to be delivered both online or within a classroom setting, with the focus always on PSD.

This course is aimed at learners aged 19+ years who are unemployed, or on a low income or who would develop from PSD.
The course will run for 3 weeks – every Thursday and Friday- from 8th October to 23rd October 2020
