Street Food Traders

This course is for people who intend to sell food at public events. You will have information on Nutrition, Recycling and Sustainability as well as compliance and how to set up your stall in line with legislation.

Please note you will have to attend the both days of the course on which will progress you on to complete your online Food Hygiene certificate Level 2 training.

Learners will gain the knowledge needed to work safely with food and adhere to legislation, examine nutritional content of foods, take online food hygiene test to gain certificate.

Learning objectives include:

  • Describe the main rules I need to follow to run a food stall.
  • Name three ways to recycle food or packaging.
  • Record three reasons I should recycle.
  • List three local suppliers I could use for food for my stall.

This course is aimed at learners (aged 19+) that want to gain their Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
