A practical cooking course to help you plan, budget and cook healthy choices for yourself or your families/friends.
Learning Objectives Include:
- Describe and demonstrate how to read food labels accurately
- List and identify the five food groups and practice how to divide food into groups
- Identify body mass index calculations and explain why it is important to know this
- Follow step by step recipe sheets accurately and safely when cooking
This course is free and open to 19+ with limited qualifications
