About this course
Accredited course to help you take first steps in working as an independent advocate in a range of settings.
- Identify the principles and models of Independent Advocacy (IA)
- Describe and demonstrate methods of active listening and the benefits of accurate record keeping
- Identify activities undertaking in IA to support inclusion
- Explain the role and activities of the Independent Advocate
This course is free and open to 19+ with limited qualifications
