About this course

This practical course teach to cook healthy meals each week, plus get tips and ideas on how to save money!

Learning Objectives Include:

  • Research online and discuss the benefits of healthy eating and a more active lifestyle
  • Discuss and share ideas on creating a weekly budget
  • identify the correct food portion daily amounts from the individual food groups
  • Demonstrate how to reduce fats, salts and sugar in our diets and recognise what food contains

The course is open to all learners aged 19+ 

The course will run weekly – every Friday  – from 17th June – 8th July 2022
