This course is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, stressed or lacking motivation or direction. It will provide you with proven tools and techniques to feel empowered and confident to make positive change or improvements towards your wellbeing or employability goals.
Learning objectives include:
To be eligible for the course you need to be aged 19+ with few or no qualifications
The course will run weekly – every Wednesday – from 3rd February to 10th March 2021.
