Essential Digital Skills Course is suitable for beginners or those who want to refresh their digital skills. You will learn how to use laptop ,create documents, manage files and folders, send emails, search the internet, complete online forms and stay safe online.

Learning Outcomes:

• Connect a laptop to Wi-Fi
• Search the internet and identify useful websites
• Create, edit, format and save documents
• Send and receive emails with attachments
• Complete online forms
• Create strong passwords, recognise scams and stay secure online

This course will take place on Fridays – 18th September 2026 – 27th November 2026

This course is open to learners with few or no qualifications aged 19 years plus (in August ’26)
