This course aims to raise confidence and motivation among those who wish to find suitable work or work placement/ learning opportunities.
Learning objectives include :
- Identify Personal Strengths
- Describe self-confidence and how this differs from self-esteem
- Explain the components of successful working relationship
- Construct a personal CV using the recommended format
- Decide short term and long-term goals
- Give examples of how you will prepare for a job interview
- Compile a list of key Customer Care Skills and explain their impact on the customer and the business
- Present your plan for personal and professional development
This course is open to learners (aged 19+) from disadvantaged groups who wish to join the work force
The course will run weekly – every Tuesday – from 3rd May to 12th July 2022
