Create healthy menus and improve your cooking skills to make tasty, balanced meals. Course will have a mix of cooking, information, discussion and activities to help you improve skills and health. Taught face-to-face and resources available online.
Improve your health and wellbeing by learning to research, plan and cook a healthy, balanced diet and through learning, explore progression routes to courses and volunteering.
This course is open to all learners aged 19+
The course will run weekly – every Thursday – from 5th November to 10th December 2020
