This course is for learners who need to improve their English skills in order to find work or to function within a work context.

Learning objectives include:

• Describe daily routines within a work context.
• Identify healthy and unhealthy lifestyles using the present tense.
• Name different roles found  in common jobs.
• Ask questions formally and informally.
• Name personal skills.
• Identify characteristics of certain jobs e.g. location, pay, hours, etc.
• Read a short job advertisement and fill in a simple form.

This course is aimed at learners (aged 19+) who live in the local community.

The course will run weekly – every Thursday – from 14th January to 11th March 2021
