A practical and friendly course to help you improve your skills and gain a recognised Level 1 Award in Customer Service
Learning objectives include:
- Explain main ways of communicating effectively and how these may affect the customer
- Give examples of different customers and list the needs/expectations they may have
- List common complaints a customer may have and describe how these should be handled
- Describe how to work in line with an organisation’s procedure when dealing with a client
