A practical and friendly course to help you improve your skills and gain a recognised Level 1 Award in Customer Service

Learning objectives include:

  • Explain main ways of communicating effectively and how these may affect the customer
  • Give examples of different customers and list the needs/expectations they may have
  • List common complaints a customer may have and describe how these should be handled
  • Describe how to work in line with an organisation’s procedure when dealing with a client
