During this two-day course, you learn to make smaller and larger items using willow. Bring your children and learn together. Make things to take home or add to the communal spaces around Inns Court.
Learning objectives include:
- Discuss and agree on a range of items to make for the community garden space and for yourself.
- Describe and demonstrate at least two key techniques when making willow objects.
- Carefully follow instructions and demonstrate safe working practice.
- Describe the items you have made and your reason(s) making them.
The course is open to learners (aged 19+) that are interested in making willow items to take home or use in communal spaces.
The course will run for two days – Thursday 29th & Friday 30th August 2019
