Broomhill Autumn Gardening

On this free course we will be working in the garden at Broomhill Juniors learning how to make bird feeders, a buddy bench as well as learning how to start and run a group.

Learning Objectives Include:

• Utilise basic wood working skills to build bird and bat box
• Demonstrate alternative uses for natural materials
• Utilise digital literacy skills ie identifying different bird calls
• Work together to build a buddy bench
• Identify strengths of each team member and potentially assign roles as we consider the next steps for this group as they become self managing

The course will run – every Wednesday – 13th September – 18th October 2023 

This course is open to learners aged 19 years plus (in August ’23)
