Providers are welcome to use their own AEB enrolment form. If you do not have one, you are welcome to use or amend our below. Do not forget that you must make learners aware that WECA will be the data controller for GDPR purposes.
You will also need to take a signed register. This is where we have chosen to check that the learner has seen the required documents and does not have a maths GCSE. Each Multiply session will need to be dated and signed against (we are doing this with one signature to reduce overloading learners)
