Bristol Remembers

17th March 2021

Bristol Remembers is designed to give people a space to collectively reflect and remember those people and things we’ve lost throughout the pandemic. Together with city partners, we’re producing a film called ‘Bristol Remembers’ that reflects on the last year. The video will feature contributions from across the city, including frontline workers, faith leaders, city leaders, Bristol’s City Poet, and musicians.

We’ll be hosting the film online at 18.00, Thursday 18 March on the We Are Bristol website and the Bristol City Council YouTube Channel.

We’re also offering people the opportunity to contribute to an online book of testimonials. Testimonials should be 150-200 words long and can be about anything or anyone important to you that you have sadly lost throughout the pandemic.

All testimonials will be handled sensitively and with the utmost care. If you, or someone you know, wishes to contribute a testimonial with your own personal reflection, please email wearebristol@bristol.gov.uk with the subject line: Bristol Remembers – Testimonial.
