New Ways of Cooking

Learn how to budget for, prepare and cook different recipes from around the world. Learning objectives include:

  • Prepare and cook three healthy meals from different cultures
  • Describe two benefits of cooking meals from scratch
  • Describe how to use a meal planner
  • Recognise the importance of basic food hygiene
  • Understand what nutrition labels on foods mean

This course is aimed at people living in Easton & Lawrence Hill who do not have a formal educational qualification i.e. 5 GCSEs over a grade C

The course will run from 24th September – every Monday – until 22nd October 2018
