ESOL for everyday life

This course begins on the 13th September. Please enrol within two weeks of this date

This course aims to help you learn everyday English to participate in daily life in Bristol

  • Learn about the activities I can do in Bristol to find out about life in Bristol
  • Know what to do in an emergency, and how to get health information
  • Learn how to deal with problems in the home, in the shared launderette and with neighbors
  • Become aware of services that come to the home e.g. rubbish collection and recycling
  • Know how to register with a GP and how to book appointments.
  • Know about free local services such as libraries and family support groups
  • Learn about rights & entitlements in employment & education
