This course aims to help you gain a greater understanding of customer expectations and needs, to have the opportunity to gain a qualification/be able to pass the accreditation successfully.
- Give examples of different customers and the needs/expectations they may have.
- Explain main ways of communicating effectively and how these may affect the customer.
- Describe how to work in line with an organisation’s procedure including client confidentiality.
- List common complaints a customer may have and describe how these should be handled showing good customer service.
Practical course aimed at helping you make a good impression, respond to customer need and deal well with complaints and questions
and get your level 1 qualification.
