Join others interested in writing for a fun course full of inventive exercises to help you access your own personal voice. Break through barriers to your imagination and free your writing style through creative techniques and lots of practice.
We will awaken the senses as we explore description, character, perspective, and tone.
These courses are part of a national research project looking at the impact of community learning courses on how we feel. The project asks if learning regularly helps us better cope with stress, problems sleeping, finding it hard to go out, worrying, feeling anxious, sad or low. Because of this learners will be asked to complete three mood and wellbeing questionnaires during their course.
Courses are eligible to those with mild to moderate mental health issues and those without.
