Procurement Opportunities with Community Learning The Community Learning Teams in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (Community Learning West) are seeking expressions of interest from organisations to deliver community learning courses to adults aged 19+ who do not have a full level 2 qualification, or unemployed adults on means tested benefits who experience significant barriers to entering formal learning or work. This course is free for everyone in receipt of an eligible means tested benefit, otherwise fees will apply.
