Learning Ambassadors

On the 27th November, CLW launched the new Learning Ambassador programme at The Quaker Meeting Rooms in Bristol. The all day workshop attracted 11 potential ambassadors from all over the city who came to find out more about the opportunity.  They spent the day with development workers Edwina, Lucy and Richard and team leader Suzanne.  Activities included considering the role of the ambassador, potential  benefits, levels of involvement, strengths and gaps in knowledge and training opportunities. A happy new year to all. We’ve been busy over the break planning our new year courses to help you get active, motivated and inspired. Coming up soon we have a wide selection of courses including: Make, Bake & Sell A course for parents and carers to practice and learn new baking and cookery skills. Also a chance to sell cakes, etc. to make money for school and fund future courses for parents and carers.
