Fighting Hate Crime

Support for ESOL Learners and Hate Crime After the EU referendum last June there was a reported spike in cases of hate crime; however it is worth remembering that some of our learners or their friends and families may still be experiencing hate crime in their community or work settings. Please help support everyone to continue their lives free of this sort of harassment and threat: Report all incidents you witness or hear about either directly to the police via 101 – or 999 if you actually witness an incident – or via SARI (Stand against Racism and Inequality). 30 hours free childcare starts October

From October there will be up to 30 hrs free childcare available to working parents of 3 and 4 year olds (up from 15 hrs). This could make a big difference to many, helping people work and access to housing. Will I qualify for 30 hours free childcare?
